Alright! I was thinking about this quite well and I decided to focus on something natural and easy! What is more easy than a simple DIY post! A lot of people do not realize that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to look your best. Sometimes the simple and natural things are just next door and not with a dermatologist, beautician and so on. Looking fabulous can be a more stress-free and inexpensive process than you thought possible!
To get that shiny, smooth hair using, just a shampoo will not do the trick. As odd as it sounds, you should use natural oils on your hair, such as argon oil, olive oil, almond oil or jojoba oil. Here is how it works: Put a couple drops of oil into your palms, rub them together and apply it on your hair. Then, put your hair in a shower cap for 15-30 minutes (I say 30 minutes because you really want the oil to sit in your hair) and then rinse off the excess oil! You will get that silky smooth shiny hair in no time!
Having long nails is fantastic, the little perks come in handy, but they break at some point and that sucks. In order for you to stop getting that sucky feeling, trim your nails to a decent length and make sure you file them! FILE! FILE! FILE! I can’t stress it enough! That’ll keep them looking similar, plus make your nails look smooth. Also wearing clear or shellac nail polish helps strengthen your nails and helps avoid breakage.
Now you and I know that we both want that flawless skin we see on television. We crave it and sometimes we don’t think we can achieve that. Well, scratch that thought! We can achieve a lovely looking skin, maybe not flawless because, come on, we both know it is massively photo-shopped. The not so secret key to having a lovely skin is to wash it daily and moisturize your skin. Be sure to use gel wash for your face. If you plan on using a facial wash to exfoliate the skin. Make sure you use it only 2-3 times per week! And remember ALWAYS moisturize. Oily skin or not!
Pimples: Never pick at them, use products that contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide to clear them up ASAP.
